Jello shots seem to be making a come-back. A favorite when I was in college (quite some time ago), I had not heard or seen anyone making them for a number of years, and then all of sudden they were showing up everywhere.Actually, I can see why people like to serve them. They allow you to make a dessert that is easy, everyone likes, can go with any color theme, and that has a bit of a kick (or not…I usually make some with alcohol and some without).
If you make these jelly shots in individual jello shot cups with lids (the 2 ounce size works well)*, they are easy to serve and don’t spill when you put them in the fridge.
Serve them with plastic mini tasting spoons*. They are the perfect size and many of your guests will appreciate having a spoon.
