I love how light & bright this home is. Is that a rolldown screen in the covered patio picture #15? If so, what brand please and is it working well for you?

Beautiful house. I love the coziness of the family room. I would like to purchase the tan couches in the Family room. What brand of sofas are they, and where can they be purchased?

Thank you all so much for your interest in this article. I have answers to your questions after speaking with the homeowner directly. The rolldown screen in the covered patio was purchased at Overhead Door Company in Toledo and the homeowner “loves” them! He also said a good tip is to install a few ceiling fans. He turns those on first to get the bugs out and then pulls the screens down. The tan couches can be purchased from Joanie Barton Design: 419-882-5107
