Free Harry Potter Printables and Fonts

These free Harry Potter party printables and fonts are an easy and inexpensive way to add the details to your theme that will make it the best Harry Potter party ever.

Harry Potter party printables and fonts

When I hosted my Harry Potter party for Halloween, I added a lot of fun details with simple printables, like the “Free a House Elf” sign, the Honeydukes candy labels, and the Harry Potter house crests that I pinned to the runners on my Hogwarts great hall tables.

Since printables are free and really easy to make, they are high on my list of great party decorations 🙂

You’ll find pictures of all the ones I created (as well as the instructions on how to get them) below.

In case you want to make your own Harry Potter printables, I also provided the links for the fonts I used so you have them all in one place when you need them.

These are all the printables that I used for my party and are available in our members-only resource library.

The hats & brooms sign.

I also made a coat check sign that I didn’t end up using for my party so I don’t have a picture of it. But I included it in the printable files in case you want it.

The invisibility cloaks sign

I hung the invisibility cloaks sign above an empty coat rack.

The “Free a House Elf, Donate Single Socks HERE” sign.

Framed printable sign that says "Free a house elf donate single socks HERE" displayed on a shelf with other Harry Potter party decorations

This one went on a shelf with a single sock tacked onto the shelf back beside it.

The “Third floor corridor out of bounds” sign

A Harry Potter printable sign that says "The third floor corridor is out of bounds to everyone who does not wish to die a very painful death"

I hung up curtains across the hallway where I didn’t want people to go. And then posted this sign to prevent people from going into the off-limits areas of my house.

The Hogwarts house crest printables

I pinned the printed version of the house crests onto the table runners on my Great Hall tables.

But you could also cut them out and glue them onto felt banners if you want to hang them on your walls.

Honeydukes sign

I taped the Honeydukes sign on the wall above the candy buffet with a fake flame underneath it.

Honeydukes candy labels

Then printed Honeydukes candy labels to identify each of the options on my candy bar.

There are some pre-printed labels as well as some blank ones in case you want to make your own.

How do I get them?

All of these files are available in our free subscribers-only resource library (which you can find HERE).

Harry Potter fonts

In case you want to make your own signs, here are the two best Harry Potter fonts that I found:

  • Parry Hotter – this is the font I used to make the signs like Invisible Cloaks and the third floor out of bounds sign
  • Lumos – this is the font from the Honeyduke’s signs

Happy printing!

  1. I’m having a hard time printing the signs. I can’t find a way to do it. HELP!

    1. Wanda Simone says:

Hi Amy…sorry for the late response. I’m not sure what the problem would be. They should be able to print on any standard printer. If you still can’t get them to print, you could send them out somewhere like FedEx, Staples or OfficeMax. They don’t charge very much for printing and usually do it really fast.

  2. I would like to have table runners in the house colors as in the pictures provided for an upcoming event, but I’m having a hard time figuring out how to print the house signs. Not clear where I click or go to access. Can you help? (btw love all the ideas!) Thanks, Tricia

    1. Wanda Simone says:

Thanks, Tricia! You can find the house crest printables in our resource library (HERE). Good luck with your event!

  3. WHere do I click to download these signs? I don’t see anywhere that says “download”

    1. Wanda Simone says:

Hi Julie…I’m so sorry about that! For some reason the form was missing from the page. I have added it back on so you should be able to download the signs now.

  4. Jeannie Marie Blanchard says:

I can’t find the link to click on to download the house signs. Help!

    1. Wanda Simone says:

Hi Jeannie…if you go to the resource library (HERE) and scroll down to the Harry Potter party section, you’ll see a link for “Harry Potter signs and house crests”. That’s where the house signs download is.
