Ingredients
3poundschicken wingsseparated at the joint
½cupoyster sauce
¼cupliquid honey
4teaspoonsDijon mustard
1teaspoonsesame oilor vegetable oil
¼teaspoonpepper
Pots and Utensils
1Cookie sheet
1Mixing bowl
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 375° F.
Spread the wings out on the cookie sheet, skin side up. I usually put down some foil first to make clean up a little easier.
Mix the remaining ingredients in the mixing bowl.
Pour or brush the sauce over the wings on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Be careful not to leave them in too much longer than this...the honey will start to burn! (that's me speaking from experience)
Notes
While most wings can be cooked at 400 F to decrease the cooking time, don't try that with these wings. The higher temperature will cause the honey to burn.
