  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 3-ounce (small) package Berry Blue Jello
  • 2/3 cup Sour Apple Pucker or Schnapps
  • 1/3 cup cold water or vodka

  • 16 2-ounce jello shot cups
  • 1 cookie sheet
  • 1 kettle or pot
  • 1 measuring cup
  • 1 mixing bowl with a spout

  • Lay out the jello shot cups on the cookie sheet.
  • Boil the water.
  • Mix the Berry Blue Jello crystals with 1 cup of the boiling water until the jello sugar has dissolved.
  • Add the Sour Apple Pucker and 1/3 cup cold water. Mix again.
  • Pour into the jello shot cups.
  • Chill in the refrigerator until set, usually 2 to 4 hours.
  • Makes about 16 2-ounce jello shots.

  • Laying out the jello shot cups on a cookie sheet makes moving the jello shots into the refrigerator much easier. And it helps to catch any spills making clean up easier, too.
  • Using a bowl with a spout will make your life easier when it comes to pouring the jello into the shot cups.
  • Adjust the amount of apple pucker and water depending on how strong you want your jello shots to be. Just make sure that when combined, the apple pucker and cold water together makes 1 cup of liquid.
  • You can also substitute vodka for the water if you want the jello shots to have more of a kick.
