Ingredients

Tablespoon
balsamic vinegar

cup
olive oil

Dijon mustard

garlic
minced

salt

pepper

cup
fresh basil
chopped or 2 Tablespoons dried basil

boneless skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients except the chicken breasts in a bowl or ziploc bag.
Add the chicken to the mixture and turn to coat.
Cover and let the chicken marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Grill over medium-high flame for about 6 minutes per side, or until the chicken is no longer pink inside.
Or bake in the oven at 375℉ for 30 minutes.
Notes
You can substitute 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 3 teaspoons jarred minced garlic for the garlic cloves.
For a different flavor, replace the basil with parsley or oregano.
