Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F
Place the chicken on a baking sheet. Lining it with foil will make clean up easier.
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
1 Tablespoon olive oil,
¼ cup Dijon mustard,
¼ cup honey,
1 teaspoon dried thyme,
¼ teaspoon salt,
¼ teaspoon pepper,
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce,
dash of Tabasco sauce
Pour or brush the honey mustard sauce over the top of the chicken breasts.
Bake for 30 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
Remove from the oven and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Any type of chicken can be used instead of the boneless, skinless chicken breasts
For a slightly different flavor, substitute other dried herbs (such as rosemary or oregano) for the thyme.
