Avocado Guacamole Dip
This avocado guacamole dip recipe makes a great party appetizer. It is easy to make, tastes delicious and can be made ahead of time.

Ingredients

avocados

yellow onion
diced
¼
cup
fresh cilantro
chopped

clove
garlic
minced

lime

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Add the avocado to the bowl and mash it with a fork.
Add the diced onion, cilantro, minced garlic and salt to the avocado.
Juice the lime into the bowl.
Mix all of the ingredients.
Notes
Substitute 4 teaspoons of dried Cilantro for the 1/4 cup fresh Cilantro if necessary, but the taste is not as good.
This guacamole recipe can be made in a food processor if you don't want to mix it manually.
Letting the guacamole stand for about an hour before serving will help the flavors blend better.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day.
