Lemon Garlic Grilled Asparagus
This lemon garlic grilled asparagus recipe is super easy to make and tastes great! It's always a big hit at my 4th of July cookout.

baking sheet (if baking in the oven)
Ingredients

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoons
lemon juice
about half a lemon

teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
black pepper

cloves
garlic
minced
1 to 2
pounds
asparagus
ends trimmed
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients except for the asparagus in a baking dish.
Add the asparagus to the marinade and toss to coat with the olive oil mixture.
To Cook On The Grill
Pre-heat the grill.
Spread the asparagus out in a single layer in a grill basket.
Grill over medium flame for about 10 minutes, turning once half way through.
To Cook In The Oven
Pre-heat the oven to 400 F.
Bake for 15 minutes in the baking dish or on a baking sheet.
