Instructions
Tie the pipe cleaners on to the evergreen garland every 6" along its length.
Leave 2 to 3 feet of the lime green deco mesh free at the end, then twist the first pipe clear around it.
Go down about 12" on the deco mesh and attach it to the next pipe cleaner. This should create a pouf in the mesh.
Keep attaching the mesh like this until you reach the end of the evergreen garland.
Leave 2 or 3 feet of deco mesh free at the end and then cut off the end.
Repeat the process with the red and white striped deco mesh, tying the deco mesh onto the same pipe cleaners.
Arrange the red and white poufs so they are not completely overlapping the green ones.
Wrap the feather boa around the garland, tying it on with the pipe cleaners. When you get to the end of the first feather boa, continue with the next one until you get to the other end of the garland.
Thread the end of the pipe cleaners into the hook at the top of the ornaments. Attach one or two ornaments at each pipe cleaner location.
Layer the 2½" ribbon on top of the 4" ribbon.
Leave about 2 feet free at the end, then pinch the two ribbons together.
Tie it onto the garland above the ornaments by twisting the pipe cleaners around it.
