Start by assembling the tree sections, connecting them through the center pole, and securing them in the stand. Push the three electrical cords down the center, snap the branches outward, and evenly distribute the stems. Plug in the lights to ensure they work.

Begin at the top of the tree with a roll of 10" wide fuchsia micro mesh ribbon. Loosely wind it around the tree at a 60-degree angle, allowing some sections to poof out beyond the branch tips. When you reach the bottom, tuck the leftover ribbon into the stand or wrap it around to form a puffy skirt.

Hang the largest round balls and longest finials evenly across the tree. Tuck some balls into the branches and ensure the finials hang straight down. Step back frequently to check for balanced placement.

Hang the medium-sized balls, finials, and crystal and glass drops, ensuring a pleasing distribution of colors and shapes. Add the smallest balls and novelty-shaped ornaments, such as green and white striped faux wrapped candies.

Separate and fluff the clips, picks, and floral stems into shape. Stick them into the top and various spaces around the tree, pushing aside some ornaments to make room. Keep balance in mind.

Clip the battery-operated candle clips onto the tree stems to add extra glimmer to the front of the tree.
