Today’s post isn’t really a decorating project. But since the holidays are approaching and I never seem to have gift tags for my Christmas presents when I need them, I decided to make some printable ones. That way I will never run out!

I chose two different color schemes for my printable Christmas gift tags.

Three of them are done in very traditional Christmas colors – red and green.

And three of them are in my favorite color combination – blue and white.

I’ll probably be adding more colors as I go, but I figured this was a good place to start.

But Before We Start…

This post is part of the 5th annual 12 Days of Holiday Ideas event, hosted by Shirley of Intelligent Domestications  and  Erlene of My Pinterventures. Between Nov. 11th and December 6th there will be hundreds of new ideas shared by over 55 Co-host bloggers!

And today everyone is sharing Christmas printables. See the list below…you’re sure to find a few different options you like!

How To Make Printable Christmas Gift Tags

The first obvious step is to print out the file.

If you’re a member of my mailing list, you can find this printable in the resource library (the link and password are at the bottom of every email).

If you’re not a member, you can sign up below and get access to these printable Christmas gift tags, as well as all of the other printables in my resource library.

Then you can write on the inside of the tag, which gives you more space. (I always seem to run out of room on those tiny store-bought gift tags)

And that’s pretty much all there is to it.

What If I Don’t Have A Color Printer?

If you don’t happen to have a color printer, you can print them in black and white as well.

Obviously, they aren’t quite as colorful, but it will get the job done in a pinch 🙂

  1. How cute that they fold over and you can write inside. I really like that. Adorable!

Thanks, Jenny! I like gift tags that fold so I have more room to write 🙂
